      It is equipped with WEISS electric spindle. The electric spindle is equipped with hydraulic automatic tool change, permanent magnet synchronous motor and encoder. The customer was unable to change the tool on the machine tool at that time, and suspected that there was a problem with the encoder. The customer contacted many related manufacturers, including machine tool agents and spindle manufacturers. After knowing the specific situation, they said they couldn't repair it. The main reason is that the machine tool is too old, and the supporting electric spindle and encoder have stopped production. In particular, the encoder is not only out of production, but also has no substitute. Therefore, the manufacturer recommended that the customer replace the motorized spindle. 3、Maintenance of ultra-high speed internal grinding chip spindle


      Many customers in several industries in China use ultra-high speed internal grinder equipped with imported ultra-high speed motorized spindle, and the spindle speed is between 100000 and 120000/rpm. Due to the abrasive chips, the product processing accuracy is required to be very high, so the spindle accuracy and vibration value are also required to be high. Before, many customers needed to repair similar spindles. Generally, they returned to the original factory in Europe for repair, which was costly and took a long time. Some customers have also tried to find other repair points in China, but the repair quality is not ideal: the vibration value can not be controlled at high speed, which can not meet customers' processing needs. Moreover, the speed is too high, and the bearing is easy to be damaged.
